Have you ever had a service or retail experience that you made you feel great? That's what I call "Delivering the Awesome"! (Thanks @unmarketing for the inspiration.)

This blog is dedicated to great stories of Delivering the Awesome and of !(Delivering the Awesome) == #FAIL.

The goal is to not #FAIL, but to #DeliverTheAwesome.

  • A wonderful example of "deliver more than asked"

    If you’re not yet familiar with Sanebox, it takes your email and makes it better. Basically, it takes all of the email you should be dealing with in one chunk and arranges it into specialized folders (you can also make your own rules, but why?).

    This handy organization makes the task of dealing with all of your email in bursts much, much, easier. And makes you more productive. Try it here.

    But Stuart Roseman - Sanebox head email sorter - is not just giving you a great service - he also sends out emails and blog posts like the one below to help you get better with email. This is a great example both of using data to improve performance (kinda like #GTD on Steroids) and of engaging productively with your customer base.
